Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Staige mobile app (Staige One and Staige Pro), the staige.one and staige.pro websites and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Parties

The Services are provided by Sebahattin Şenel (individual) ("Staige", "we", "us"). Address: Istanbul, Turkey. Contact: info@staige.pro

2. The Services

Staige One is an acting app that analyzes your script, voices the other characters with AI voices and helps you memorize, audition and create your slate. Staige Pro is a real-time scene partner that listens to your performance and responds to your emotion and rhythm. The scope of the Services may change as new features are added.

Reply is the face of the app's AI layer; it analyzes the script and manages the process.

3. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date, for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• Your account is personal and may not be shared or transferred.
• We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

4. Your content and rights

• The scripts, recordings, photos and information you upload ("Your Content") belong to you.
• You grant us a limited, non-transferable permission to process Your Content solely to provide the Services to you (analysis, voicing, storage and export). We do not use Your Content to train AI models and we do not sell it to third parties.
• You confirm that you have the right to use the scripts you upload. Audition sides are usually provided for preparation only; publishing them or your recordings without the rights holders' permission is your responsibility.
• You may not upload images, voices or personal information of other people without their permission.

5. AI output

Analyses, character separation and generated voices are created with AI and may contain errors. You are expected to check the extracted text and correct it where needed. Generated voices may not be used to imitate real people or to create misleading content. You may use generated voices only in your own rehearsal, audition and slate work.

6. Prohibited use

When using the Services, you may not: - Upload unlawful, hateful or obscene content, or content that infringes the rights of others. - Copy or reverse engineer the Services, scrape data with automated tools or disrupt our systems. - Sell, transfer or share accounts, credits or minutes. - Use generated voices for unauthorized voice cloning, fraud or impersonation.

7. Subscriptions, credits and minutes

• Staige One is offered as a weekly or annual subscription with additional credit/scene packages. Staige Pro is used with minute packages. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
• Mobile purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and renewal settings are managed in your store account.
• Credits and minutes are used according to the period and rules stated in the package description; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• We may change prices. Changes do not affect your current subscription period; the new price applies from the next renewal and will be announced in advance.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Digital content and services performed immediately are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Turkish distance contract rules and, for EEA users, the applicable consumer rules once you agree to immediate performance. The service starts at the time of purchase. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy of the store where you made the purchase (Apple / Google). For credits or minutes you could not use because of a technical problem, write to info@staige.pro.

9. Intellectual property

The Staige, Staige One, Staige Pro and Reply names, logos, app design, software and the app's sample scenes belong to Staige or are licensed to it. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for your personal use and do not transfer any other rights.

10. Feedback

We may use the suggestions and ideas you send us to improve the Services, without any obligation to you.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

• The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will win any role or job.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Your statutory consumer rights are not affected; nothing in these terms limits them.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time in the app under Settings › Delete account; you must cancel any active subscription separately in your store account. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination, unused credits and minutes are not refunded except as described in section 8.

13. Third-party services

Third-party services to which you export or share your recordings are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

14. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, you retain the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, and any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply. For other disputes, the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
